Your Life, Designed by You
Financial Life Planning
Imagine knowing you just had 24 hours left to live. As you review how you lived your life, ask yourself: Did you get to do everything I wanted to do? Be everything I wanted to be? What important events do I regret missing?
Financial life planning is about helping you live what matters, so you have no regrets. We start by having conversations about who you are now, and who you wish to be. Together, we’ll review your finances to see how (and whether!) they support your dreams and aspirations. And from there, we’ll create a detailed plan, focused on helping you live the life you choose. Our holistic financial planning approach helps to ensure that you have all of your bases covered – from insurance, investments, tax, retirement and estate planning, to a life plan that emphasizes personal well-being.
In addition to financial life planning, our services include objective financial advice and continuous fiduciary oversight. Our goal is to give you the financial confidence you need, to achieve the life you want.
An Investment Strategy to Support Your Life Plan
A key part of living what matters is having enough money to achieve your dreams. At Joss Financial Group, we first discuss your appetite and capability for risk, which may depend on many factors, including your age, retirement goals, debt, or income potential. Then, based on your risk tolerance and capacity, we create a diversified investment plan that that minimizes taxes and fees, while providing opportunities for growing wealth over your lifetime.
Remember, investing is a long-term proposition – one that’s tied to your financial goals. Our role is to help you understand the ups and downs of the market, stay focused on your investment strategy, overcome obstacles, and build your financial confidence, so you’re free to pursue what matters most to you.
Payment Plans to Fit Your Money Style
After you learn how to find a financial advisor, one of the most important questions to ask is how he or she gets paid. Understanding your advisor’s compensation structure also helps you understand any potential for conflicts of interest. For example, if your advisor receives a commission for selling financial products, will he or she have your best interests at heart when recommending investments?
As a fee-only, fiduciary Registered Investment Adviser, Joss Financial Group has a duty of care to always place our clients’ best interests ahead of our own. And we go out of our way to make it easy for you to work with us. Pricing and payment methods for your plan depend on the complexity and scope of your engagement. Some clients pay a monthly subscription fee, while others pay a percentage of assets under management (AUM). Because each plan is unique, we will work with you to determine the best payment method for your situation.
